GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

QUALIFICATIONS: If product is being purchased for resale, all retail outlets must have a feed and or pet store front. Wholesale customers must possess a resale license.
MINIMUM ORDER: $200.00 required for will call.
$500.00 required for delivery.
ORDER HOURS: Orders may be placed Monday through Friday from 9:30 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
Orders may be faxed to (408) 293-6322 at any time.

For pick up or will call
Orders placed prior to 3:00 P.M. will be available after 10:00 A.M. the next warehouse working day.

ABSOLUTELY NO ORDERS PROCESSED OR PICKED UP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
ADD ONS/CHANGES: All add ons or changes to orders must be in by 3:00 P.M. on the day prior to delivery.
TERMS: 7%-7days / Net 11. Credit may be applied for through the Finance Office. Prior to credit approval, orders may be paid for by cash, COD, check, Visa, Master Charge or Discover. There is a $20.00 service charge on any returned check. Any returned check reverts the account to CASH ONLY. DISCOUNTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED SHOULD THERE BE ANY PAST DUE ACCOUNT BALANCES.
Any shortages must be reported within 24 hours.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: John's Pet Products DOES NOT Guarantee sales.

If product does not sell to your satisfaction, John's Pet Products will buy back the product within 60 days of purchase (a 10% restocking fee may apply), FOB retailer. All returns must be pre approved by the Finance Office. We do not accept shopworn, price marked or close-out merchandise for return credit.
